A Themeless 16x15. There is a Themeless 2 but it's unworkable so we are skipping to Themeless 3.
Yes a mix tape was made and listened to while filling this puzzle. I actually had room to fit two more songs in (Hurt So Bad and Sea of Love at 49-/71-Across) but the fill really suffered.

I redid my earlier "Famous Rides" puzzle with a much more open grid. Way better; Thursday-ish, I think.
